Fairtrade Coffees

From the Sierra Nevada region near Santa Marta in northern Colombia. The Red Ecolsierra Ecological cooperative network supports farmers to transition from conventional to organic and sustainable farming. Delicate woody aromas, full body and a sweetness that develops as the coffee cools. A fine acidity with dark chocolate and malt flavours.

From the COOCAFE which represents 9 of the smallest co-ops in Costa Rica. It works to provide better standard of living, education and sustainable farming for its workers. Delicate flora and fruit aromas with a soft, sweet mouth feel and clean finish. A great milk coffee.

This aromatic coffee is from the original home of the Arabica coffee tree. Renowned for its gamey, slightly winey flavour, it is a unique, full bodied coffee.
